About the Trace Heating System

Our trace heating systems are comprised of cable, temperature controllers and accessories. This combination allows us to design a system that matches the requirements of your tank and vessel.
The heating cable is self-regulating, and replenishes heat lost via convection, conduction or radiation from the tank. It is controlled by a thermostat or temperature controller, which switches the cable on or off depending on the ambient temperature.
The amount and type of cable required depends on the stored liquid and size of the tank. Once your requirements have been calculated, installation is straightforward and fast.
